When I requested friendship of another member I was taken to the main page of the Messenger area. Why?
Friend requests work with our messenger system. Currently there is no confirmation page that confirms your friend request but we hope to add one in the near future.
When I add someone to my Friends List, do they have to approve me before they show up?
Yes. You can approve/deny pending requests by clicking the Requests link on your Profile Management page under the Your Friends heading.
Do you have to be someone's friend to leave them a comment?
No, you can leave anyone a public comment or send a private message.
PERSONAL PHOTOS
How much space do I have for my personal profile gallery?
Each paid member receives 13 MBs storage space for images appearing in their profile gallery. Free members receive 3 MBs.
Can I delete or edit comments I post on profile photos?
No. Only the owner of the photo can manage comments.
Will I be informed when a new comment has been added to my profile photos?
At this time no. We are hoping to update this feature in the near future.
BULLETIN BOARDS
What are Bulletin Boards?
These are message boards that are shared only by you and the members of your Friends list.
Who can view my Bulletin Boards?
Bulletins are viewable and can be responded to by your Personal friends only. Anyone who has added you to their friends list will be able to view your bulletins. For the most privacy, use our message system and choose All Friends to send to everyone on your friend's list.
I posted a bulletin but cannot edit it or delete it, why?
Only HF admin can edit, alter or delete posts. Old posts will be deleted every 30 - 45 days. You can alert the admin of improper posts by cliking the complaint link.
